Description

Shawl collared kurta with pitta and beadwork embroidery on the yoke, collar cuffs, and hem, on a base of natural zari-cotton. The jacket is lined upto the yoke, making the rest of the garment fall freely.

The embroidery uses a combination of green, red, and orange beads, and silver metallic coil, couched to the surface in a pattern of flowers set within a grid. The body and sleeves of the kurta features a beadwork pattern of parrots.

Worn here with an organza-silk dupatta and zari-cotton pants.
