Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time

Orders ship within 6-7 working days, unless stated otherwise. 

Courier & Pricing for Indian orders

Our domestic shipping partner is Blue Dart. We typically use Blue Dart's Domestic Priority service.

Shipping within India is free for all products purchaseable on the website. This excludes products that can be purchased exclusively via enquiry.

In case your PIN code is not serviceable by Blue Dart's Domestic Priority service or any other service offered by Blue Dart (Dart Apex, Bharat Dart, Surface Line), we will use an alternate courier, like India Post or Delhivery.

Courier & Pricing for International orders

Our international shipping partner is UPS. We typically use and recommend UPS's Worldwide Express Saver service.

At checkout, you will see an auto-generated shipping fee depending on your location.

In case your postal code is not serviceable by UPS's Worldwide Express Saver service or any other service offered by UPS (Worldwide Expedited, Worldwide Express), please write to us at shop@tilla.in and we will use an alternate service, like DHL, FedEx, or India Post.

Duties and taxes are not included in your order and are applicable, as per your country's laws, over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout.

Transit Time - After Dispatch (Domestic)

The transit time from our office to metro cities is typically 1-2 working days. Tier 2 and 3 cities take 4-5 days. Please refer to Blue Dart's Transit Time Finder (www.bluedart.com) to know the exact transit time.

Transit Time - After Dispatch (International)

Please refer to UPS's website (www.ups.com) to know the exact transit time for your order.

Order Communication

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a shipment email with tracking details once the order is dispatched from our studio.

For made-to-order items, from the Recycled, Lakshmi or Vintage collections, we will email a tax invoice or order receipt in 2-3 working days after receiving your order. This invoice or receipt will have the estimated dispatch date for your order. Please note the delivery timeline of your item (mentioned in the product description) before making your purchase.

Order Alterations & Cancellations

Please write to us within 24 hours of placing your order at shop@tilla.in should you wish to modify, alter, or cancel your order.

We will not be able to process any changes beyond this period.

For garment alterations post-delivery, please reach out to us via email and our merchandiser will guide you through your requirements. Garments sent for alteration will have to be shipped by you to our office address.
