Description

Appliqué embroidery from Gujarat, traditionally used on quilts or ‘godharis’, forms the base for the yoke of this blush pink beaded jacket in zari-cotton. Recycled fabric scraps from previous seasons were patched and appliquéd to our classic Pako cut, before the final layer of Zardosi and beadwork outline was added for weight and dimension.

The jacket features a shawl collar and fine gathers at the waist and back for volume.
