Gift wrapping

Tilla's special gift wrapping Toile paper is inspired from the 18th century French ‘Toile de Jouy’ textiles, Jisha Unnikrishnan created this design in a characteristic ink blue. The original French textile featured landscapes and scenes from daily life. Jisha’s interpretation uses drawings of the studio, shop and garden festooned by bouquets and ribbons. If you look carefully, you will find everything we love about our workplace here- plants, dogs, clothes, the courtyard and the city of Ahmedabad with kites in the sky.
